What We Do

Real Estate & DEVELOPMENT

Real estate development and investment is a core passion for us both professionally and personally, given its economic influence and tangibility. We combine experience, skill, and business judgment to provide legal and consulting advice to developers and investors in northwest Florida. Uniquely knowledgeable about the area and its future, we can help maximize the return and impact for those looking to develop or invest in residential or commercial real estate.

Community AssociationS

Condominium and homeowner associations, many with multimillion dollar revenues and hundreds of shareholders (i.e. owners), are some of the most involved and politically complex organizations in the region. With two licensed CAMs, a former president of CAI, and years of experience, we provide such clients with legal advice on revising rules and restrictions, enforcing covenants, assessment collections, procedural/governance issues, and litigation.

CorporatE STRUCTURING & TRANSACTIONS

As the economic opportunities in the region expand, more new and retired entrepreneurs are making their homes in the area. Few other local firms offer the practical experience in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and complex corporate matters than we do. We use this experience to help small and startup businesses establish and operate their organization with scale and efficiency.
